User Conference 2018

User Conference2018

Software Cradle User Conference 2018 was held on October 19.

The event ended with success with more than 400 attendance and 12 booth sponsors. The keynote titled as Adventure in Algorithm Development for Computational Fluid Dynamics, was given by Dr. Hiroaki Nishikawa from National Institute of Aerospace (US), a front-runners in the field of algorithm research based on unstructured mesh solver. There were presentations from our users on their case studies, as well as introductory notes from Software Cradle engineers on new software functions and planned development schedule.

In addition to these highlights, poster displays of educational organizations and research institutes were put together in both Tokyo and Osaka venues. Technical Forum, which has been a continuous success since first started, was also held. Presentations were given by Software Cradle and MSC Software engineers.

It was a pleasure to welcome and interact with our users and this year’s speakers. We expect that attendees benefited from this special occasion and hope to see many again next year.
