How do I request a new software feature?

A.

Cradle highly values customer feedback and requests. You can submit requests online or contact our sales staff. We review customer input, requests, and/or suggestions as soon as they are received. We may also use them to help us plan our next software release. Be aware however, that there are many decisions that go into releasing a new version of our software, and we cannot guarantee when or whether customer suggestions will be implemented .
