Objective:

The main objectives of this course is to enable attendees to solve thermal problems typically encountered during the electronics product design process.   This course focuses on functions useful to electronics related simulations.  Attendees will acquire basic knowledge about:

- Basic Operation of scSTREAM

- Checking the validity of the simulation

- Advanced functions of scSTREAM

- Finding information and/or acquiring necessary help

4. Separate Flow and Heat Execution of the Solver

5. Periodic Heating

6. Modification of CAD Data

7. Multi-block Method

8. CSV Mapping Tool

9. Thermal Circuit Model

10. Utilizing Gerber Data

11. Practice using attendee provided data or tutorial exercises

12. Finding information and/or acquiring necessary help
